1 – To secure your travel dates, click on « Secure Your Vacation » and make a fully refundable deposit of 25% on the full villa portion. This deposit will hold your dates for 72 hours, giving you time to finalize your travel plans with our MIH Team.
2 – Within 72 hours, a member of the MIH team will contact you to finalize and confirm all the details and arrangements for your trip. This includes mandatory staffing, transportation options (such as ferry or flights), villa layout, and any other special needs or requests you may have.
3 – Upon receiving your updated quote, if your trip is more than 90 days away, you will be asked to pay 50% of the total cost, minus your deposit. If your trip is 90 days or less away, you will be asked to pay 100% of the total cost, minus your deposit.
4 – As part of our booking process, we ask that guests make the full payment for their accommodations, services, and options 90 days prior to their arrival.
5 – Two weeks prior to your arrival, our chef will contact you to discuss and plan your meals menu, as well as your beverages and alcohol needs.
6 – Two days prior to your arrival, you will be asked to pay for the total cost of the food, beverages, and alcohol.
