With so many people eager to visit and experience Luxumas, we have decided to offer two different access passes when the property or restaurant is not reserved for private functions. The Sun Pass is available for lunchtime visits, while the Sunset Pass is available for dinner time. In order to maintain the exclusivity of Luxumas, we limit each time block to a maximum of 20 passes. To ensure availability, bookings can be made online up to two weeks in advance.

Boaters at our Eco Floating Dock
When we’re not hosting private functions, we’re happy to welcome one catamaran up to 46 feet to our resort and our unique floating dock, which is integrated with our stunning natural lighted pool. Come experience the best of both worlds with us! Bookings can be made online up to two weeks in advance.

By-Room Packages
If you’re not part of a big group but still want to experience the villa, we have the perfect solution for you. One week every month, we offer room-by-room bookings in an all-inclusive formula that includes meals, local beer, and wine. Enjoy the luxurious amenities and beautiful surroundings of the villa while meeting new people and creating unforgettable memories.
Rate: From $10,500/Wk for 2 Guests and includes all meals and local drink + vat

Whether you’re planning a cozy getaway for two or a memorable retreat for up to 14, our villa has you covered. Our flexible accommodations include private, family or shared rooms and glamping options for teens, so you can customize your stay to suit your group’s needs. A Catamaran will add four additional luxury rooms, providing accommodation for up to 8 more people on your retreat, for a potential total of 22 guests in the shared rooms villa or 14 in an exclusively private rooms layout. With this option, We will the ferry the boat fdirectly to Luxumas or opt for a fully crewed sail while exploring the northern part of the Exumas. We strive to provide the ultimate in flexibility and luxury, ensuring that your stay at Luxumas is tailored to your exact needs and preferences.
Private property option
You can add this option to your full villa booking, allowing you to enjoy the entire property exclusively for your party, including the dock, Lux Cafe restaurant, sea to sea observatory, wellness area, and Spar Bay Beach. With this option, you will have the ultimate in privacy and exclusivity, ensuring that your stay at Luxumas is truly unforgettable. We strive to offer the perfect retreat experience for our guests, and this option is the epitome of luxury and comfort.

Extend your retreat experience by adding four days in one of our luxurious townhomes, located in the renowned Palm Cay gated community before or after your stay at Luxumas. These well-appointed homes offer the perfect balance of comfort and style, with amenities such as beautiful beaches, marinas, and world-class dining all within easy reach. Take some time to relax and explore the area, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the Bahamian way of life. With this option, you can extend your retreat experience and make the most of your time in the Bahamas.

Embark on a full two weeks of see-it-all Bahamas of pure adventure with our « Rich N’ Famous » package. Your journey begins with an amphibious plane ride from either Nassau or Fort Lauderdale airport, landing right on Luxumas beach. Enjoy seven days at Luxumas with our private property option, where you can indulge in the ultimate luxury and relaxation. After your stay, embark on a four-day sailing adventure back to Nassau on a fully crewed catamaran, taking in the breathtaking views of the Bahamas from the water. Finally, unwind and relax at our beachfront townhome located at Palm Cay for three days before heading back home.
